Since opening on 22nd April 2025, LUNITO Clinic has been providing essential veterinary services to the island animals of Gili Air. Our goal is to make basic care accessible for pets, wildlife, and homeless animals — directly on the island.

Drh Fiqhi – Our Dedicated Resident Vet
Drh Fiqhi is the experienced and kind-hearted vet at LUNITO who’s always eager to learn and grow. Beyond his veterinary skills, he’s never afraid to roll up his sleeves—whether it’s catching strays, cleaning up, or feeding animals. His dedication and hands-on approach make him an invaluable part of our team, caring for every animal with patience and compassion.
Santi – The All-Rounder Clinic Manager
Santi is our smart and hardworking clinic manager at LUNITO who truly does it all. From keeping the clinic spotless and organised to handling accounting and making sure every inpatient gets the care they need, she’s the steady hand behind the scenes. Always reliable and detail-focused, Santi also manages the finances with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
Bethan – Vet Nurse and Volunteer Clinic Manager
Bethan brings a wealth of experience and a whole lot of passion to LUNITO. As both a skilled vet nurse and dedicated volunteer clinic manager, she’s a vital part of the team, combining expertise with a genuine love for animal care. Her commitment helps keep the clinic running smoothly and the animals thriving.
International Volunteers – Vets & Nurses through Vets beyond Borders
Our clinic thrives thanks to passionate volunteers from around the world. Through Vets Beyond Borders, qualified vets and vet nurses join us on official legal volunteer visas, bringing invaluable skills, fresh energy, and a shared mission to help animals in need. Whether they stay for weeks or months, their impact is lasting – treating island animals, training our team, and helping LUNITO grow stronger every day.
Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care to every animal that comes through our doors.
Services We Provide
We offer the following basic veterinary services:
- Sterilisation (spay/neuter)
- Vaccinations
- Deworming
- Parasite control (fleas, ticks, mites)
- Wound treatment
- General checkups and physical examinations
- Dispensing medication for home treatment
If an animal requires more advanced care — such as diagnostics, quarantine, or intensive treatment — we will arrange a transfer to our main facility, LUNI Animal Care on Gili Trawangan.
